Diana Odasso was raised between South Florida and Paris. She received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Chicago and an M.A. in film studies from New York University. She worked in documentary film production and for film festivals in NYC. Diana received an MFA in creative writing from Antioch University Los Angeles, where she served as the editor-in-chief of a literary anthology and as managing editor of Lunch Ticket. She has translated French texts (published in Jim Harrison’s The Raw and the Cooked), and her prose and poetry have appeared in The Rumpus, Lunch Ticket, The Manifest Station, Burrow Press, HuffPost, and others. She writes freelance for Florida Design and other magazines. She also write marketing copy, articles, and press releases for business. Her work has been nominated for a Best of the Net. She has attended the Tin House Summer Residency, Cuttyhunk Island Writer Residency, and Disquiet International Program in Lisbon on scholarship. She currently lives in South Florida with two sons and a Jack Russell puppy.
